We developed the TeamPlayerHR iOS app, a productivity tool that helps individuals and teams assess compatibility using a proprietary Intrinsic Matrix (IM) profiling questionnaire. Designed with intuitive navigation and clear user flows, the app lets users complete assessments, receive a unique IM Profile ID, and compare compatibility across candidates, team members, or entire organizations to determine the best fit. With responsive performance and user-friendly interface, TeamPlayerHR enhances decision-making for HR professionals, leaders, and teams looking to build high-performing, well-aligned groups. Our work enhances the brand’s digital toolkit and simplifies the team-building process on mobile.
